After 30 years of construction management industry experience Robert founded Endres Northwest in 2005, pledging to establish lasting relationships with all clients by exceeding expectations and gaining trust. Today he continues on with that pledge by delivering exceptional team project performance on time and within budget. His responsibilities include overall business development, client relationship development, project management, and operations of the company.
Randell brings to Endres Northwest over 15 years expertise in the construction management industry. His responsibilities comprise overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of project management tools and methods for the delivery of all ENI projects. This includes preparing estimates, hiring subcontractors, working with engineers and architects, monitoring building and safety regulation compliance, reviewing work progress on a daily basis, and ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
William joined Endres Northwest in 2015, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Strategic Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. His responsibilities include assisting the operations manager with book keeping, invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, licensing, compliance, human resources, and many other aspects of the day to day operations of the company.
Andre has been with Endres Northwest since 2013, and is a graduate of Warner Pacific College. He reports directly to the President and assists with the planning, scheduling, and oversight of various jobs both large and small. Andre also works closely with our subcontractor partners to help resolve special issues and problems. Some of his many responsibilities include qualifying and hiring subcontractors, scheduling the delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites, and processing purchase orders.
Christina joined Endres Northwest in 2012 bringing with her 10 years of office experience in various industries. She works hard to ensure that the operations team, the project management team, and the field teams have everything they need to get their jobs done with excellence. Her responsibilities include managing relationships with vendors and service providers, serving as the point person for reception, mailing, and supplies, and providing general support to all visitors, among many other things.
